I grew up in a small ski town. After completing Primary school, I enrolled in a High school program that involved participating in slalom and giant ski competitions for the initial four years. Later, I joined the freeski program, where I tackled moguls, honed my jumping skills, and improved my overall skiing abilities. Following my high school years, I start doing some coaching with SWAT freeski company where I would coach kids from 10-17 years old to do some jump, rail, cliff, mogul skiing. I did that job for almost 8 seasons where I would bring people to competition and developped a training program to develop their ability. After my years of coaching I delved into backcountry skiing, embarking on walks in nature to immerse myself in the surroundings.

I spent a year as a ski patrol in the Kootenay before settling in my current residence on Vancouver Island.
